In addition to the more traditional Swedish (relaxation) massage, I offer specialized services including prenatal, hot stone, and foot massages.
Relaxation / Swedish Massage
A cozy full-body massage that is a fusion of both science and energy work with a bit of reflexology for the feet. Relaxation or Swedish massage uses longer strokes, friction and kneading techniques to creates a deeply relaxing experience. Muscular balance is restored and circulation is increased, soothing the nervous system. Deep-seated tensions are dissolved using various body work techniques and energy blockages are released, creating an environment wherein the body can heal itself. Truly a one-of-a-kind experience!
$109 for 60 minutes. 30 minute ($59), 90 minute ($169) and 120 minute ($249) massages also available.
Pregnancy Massage
A wonderful way for the mother-to-be to relax and quiet her mind while her body is comforted with a relaxing therapeutic massage. Pregnancy discomfort such as swelling in legs, aching feet, and hip and back are soothed away in this blissful escape.

Hot Stone Massage
A relaxation massage coupled with hot stones and warmed oils create a simply sublime state of relaxation. Hot stones warm the superficial muscles which increases pliability and circulation, creating a more effective tension-melting massage.
$125 for 60 minutes. 90 minute massage ($190) also available.
Just for Feet
Reward your feet with a relaxing therapeutic massage. Using elements of reflexology to help address aches and pains in the feet as well utilizing pressure points to treat the whole body. Hot towels and warming oils makes this a great treat for your hard working feet. Helps with plantar fasciitis and foot-related nerve issues.
$54 for 30 minutes.
Couples Massage
Share the experience of a relaxing full body massage with a friend or significant other! Great for special occasions or just a day out together. Couples massages are performed in separate rooms. Yoga & Massage Bundle
Receive a 30 minute massage and a 60 minute personalized one-on-one yoga session to help address your individual needs. Yoga and massage do not need to be scheduled on the same day.
